Description

Silverthorn Wines produces an exciting range of top end, Methode Cap Classique (MCC) wines, which have undergone a natural, secondary fermentation in the bottle. The Jewel Box has a light straw yellow colour with elegant fine bubbles. A complex nose with aromas of roasted almonds, marzipan and subtle hints of strawberry and cherry compote followed by zesty citrus nuances.
