Description
This Lowland malt is a part of the G&M Rare Old range. Rosebank closed in 1983 and is another much sought after rare malt. Fruity aromas including apple and strawberry. Beeswax polish and cinnamon develop followed by strawberries and bananas with fruity sour cherries. Heather with a touch of and white chocolate. The palate has a burst of aniseed and grapefruit with a pinch of black pepper. Orange peel and cloves develop with some oak. Summer fruits create a delicate sweet and sour balance. AniseInformation
