Distilled in 1971 and matured for 42 years in a first fill Sherry cask giving a luscious Mahogany colour. The nose has rich Sherry with fruit cake, raisins and mazipan. A little water displays stewed pear and apple aromas. A lingering menthol lingers in the background. The palate gives Cracked pepper initially with sultanas.
