Aromas of subtle sherry with stewed pear, apple and toasted malt. Hints of toffee and demerara sugar develop. Followed by beeswax cinnamon and orange blossom honey. The palate is spicy with ripe banana and orange flavours. These combine with a lingering dark chocolate edge. Hints of green apple, lemon and cinnamon linger.
