<p>Michel Couvreur is a Belgian wine dealer who moved to Burgundy in the '50s. After frequent trips to Scotland he decided to move to Scotland and immerse himself in the industry. Returning to France in the '70s, he carved a 500ft cave inside a mountain near Beaune. He made exceptional expressions of single malt whisky, distilled in Scotland and aged in France. The unique has slight iodine fragrances with a hint of almond, vanilla roundness and floral fineness.</p>Information
